Process water is heated by steam injected through Spirax Sarco diaphragm valves, then circulated by a Kaiquan low-head / high-flow pump to the top spray distribution pipe(laser-cut, 1:2 split inlet) for uniform full-basket water spraying. Heating phase raises load temperature to sterilization temperature(up to 143 °C). A Daniel plate heat exchanger enables rapid cool-down. The preheating tank(0.8 m³) preheats the process water before use to reduce cycle time. Steam control uses a large + small valve combination for ±0.3 °C accuracy.
