Pure steam is generated by the in-built SUS304 generator and supplied to the SUS304 jacketed chamber. The double-door(pass-through) arrangement separates clean from non-clean zones. Two sterilization programs are configurable by the user via the Siemens PLC. The JUMO Pt100 Class A probes ensure heat equilibrium ≤ ±1 °C throughout the load. A 0.2μm sterile air filter protects the exhaust vent. Cycle data(temperature, pressure, time) are recorded by the BRIGHTEK micro printer.
