مبدأ العمل
Closed-loop superheated water spray(water-bath) sterilization. Internal water circulation: water from chamber bottom→ WILO Germany circulation pump→ plate heat exchanger(Jiangsu Yuanzhuo) internal channel→ top spray system via Sparying USA spiral nozzles. External heating/cooling: steam(heating) or cooling water flows through plate-exchanger external channel, indirectly raises/lowers internal water temperature without mixing. Counter-pressure/anti-pressure protection tracks sealed-package internal pressure to prevent breakage and deformation. Cycle: Auto-test→ Fill to set water level→ Spray circulation→ Heat up→ Sterilize(F0 or temperature/time) → Cool→ Drain(optional) → End.
