Como funciona
Bottles are unscrambled and fed in single file by the bottle unscrambler. The pneumatic counter uses horizontal electromagnetic vibratory feeders and a 3D infrared dynamic scanning photoelectric counting head (8 sensing groups, each with 8 signal receivers) to count and fill tablets/capsules into bottles. Desiccant bags are servo-fed, positioned by U-type sensors, and inserted by a brush-down mechanism. Cotton plugs are loaded by servo-driven rotating drum and inserted by high-speed Japanese/German cylinders. Bottles are then capped by a rotary capper with pneumatic gripper-type capping heads and automatic torque-based rejection of non-conforming caps. Induction foil sealing applies high-frequency resonance to seal aluminum foil liners. Labels are applied by a dual-pressure-roller servo label head with automatic detection of missing labels and rejection.
