Como funciona
The operator places the product (round bottle / cylinder) onto the custom labeling jig and triggers the cycle (foot pedal or button). The label-head traction motor (LEADSHINE/BALE) advances the label web; the LEUZE/SICK sensor detects the gap between labels. The peel mechanism strips the label off the carrier liner; the wrap/rotation mechanism rotates the product so the label adheres around the full circumference. Stripped backing paper is rewound. AirTAC pneumatic components assist the wrap motion.
Processo de funcionamento
1The operator places the product (round bottle / cylinder) onto the custom labeling jig and triggers the cycle (foot pedal or button).
