مبدأ العمل
The operator places the product(round bottle / cylinder) onto the custom labeling jig and triggers the cycle(foot pedal or button). The label-head traction motor(LEADSHINE/BALE) advances the label web; the LEUZE/SICK sensor detects the gap between labels. The peel mechanism strips the label off the carrier liner; the wrap/rotation mechanism rotates the product so the label adheres around the full circumference. Stripped backing paper is rewound. AirTAC pneumatic components assist the wrap motion.
