Empty bottles are placed on the conveyor and indexed into the filling zone where 8 servo-driven piston cylinders (TBI ball-screw + pneumatic rotary valve per piston) draw a precisely metered volume from the 220 L hopper and dispense through anti-drip submerged nozzles in a 3-stage profile (slow start, fast middle, slow finish) to prevent splashing and foaming. Filled bottles continue to the capping station where the operator places caps and 4 rotating wheels screw them down with adjustable torque (servo torque option determines cap-in-place by torque feedback).
