Como funciona
Tablets/capsules in the hopper are conveyed in an orderly, non-overlapping manner by the electromagnetic vibration feed system to the detection channel inlet. A vision imaging system (linear CCD camera with ARM processor) counts the products as they pass. Based on the preset fill quantity, a combination gate mechanism divides and pre-stores the counted product before delivering it into bottles via a bottle-switching device, which then passes the filled bottle to the next process.
Processo de funcionamento
1Tablets/capsules in the hopper are conveyed in an orderly, non-overlapping manner by the electromagnetic vibration feed system to the detection channel inlet.
