Como funciona
Material is heated under vacuum while a water-ring vacuum pump (SKA-5111, 5.5 kW) removes air and humidity. Under vacuum, the boiling point of material solutions is reduced, which increases the heat-transfer driving force of the evaporator. Arch top guides condensate away from the trays and to the sides of the chamber. Vacuum pump and electromagnetic check valve (DDC-JQ50) open/close synchronously based on chamber vacuum gauge to prevent water back-flow into the chamber when the pump stops. Optional condenser recovers solvent.

1Material is heated under vacuum while a water-ring vacuum pump (SKA-5111, 5.5 kW) removes air and humidity.
