Como funciona
Bottles air-convey into the neck-grip infeed star wheel (no screw, no chain) and enter the rinser, where AISI304 inverting grippers clamp the bottle neck and rotate the bottle 180° so the mouth faces downward. High-efficiency spray nozzles rinse all interior surfaces; the bottle is then righted and transferred via neck-grip transition star wheels (no rubber-block contact with the bottle thread) to the filler. At each filling station the bottle-lift mechanism (igus corrosion-resistant maintenance-free bushings) raises the bottle to contact the filling valve; on contact the valve opens and gravity/atmospheric pressure fills the liquid to the set level. After filling, the bottle is lowered, exits via another neck-grip star wheel, and enters the capper. An anti-rotation knife holds the bottle upright; the magnetic-torque capping head grasps, places and tightens the screw cap to the preset torque. Finished bottles exit via a bottom-support outfeed star wheel to the outfeed conveyor. The VFD-driven main motor and PLC with touchscreen control production speed, count output, and monitor faults.
