Como funciona
Granules or powder enter two forced feeders at the top; impellers fill the dies on the rotating punch disk under controlled depth. The 45 sets of upper and lower punches are guided by closed cam tracks, twice per rotation: filling, pre-press (eliminates trapped air, pre-shapes), main press (final shaping at up to 100 kN with sensor feedback), and discharge. Each rotation produces 90 tablets (45 stations × 2 discharges). A hydraulic accumulator system buffers main-press pressure for stability and provides overload protection. A platen seals the die during the powder-throw zone; a scraper recycles excess powder. Defective tablets are diverted via a corner-solenoid scrap plate to a separate channel.

Limpeza e manutenção
Pre-production: clean dies, scrapers, feeder bottom; check punch and die wear, polish minor scratches with waterproof sandpaper. Post-shift: full vacuum of dust collector, wipe sealed chambers, inspect blocking-rod position, clean Plexiglas discharge cover. Change-over batch cleaning of feeder, dies, and platen mandatory. Replace continuous-lubrication oil every 6 months; clean oil filter every 3 months.
