Vertical rotary-drum ultrasonic vial washing machine for pharmaceutical vials and ampoules (interchangeable with changeover parts). Process flow: manual bottle loading → variable-speed conveyor belt → ultrasonic pre-wash
Como funciona
Bottles are manually loaded onto a variable-speed conveyor belt and fed into the water tank for ultrasonic cleaning (≈30 seconds at 50–60°C; cavitation strips particles firmly adhered inside/outside the bottle). After the ultrasonic zone, an auger separates bottles individually and feeds them to a cam lifting turntable. The turntable's clamping mechanism lifts bottles and transfers them to the large rotating drum's robotic arm, which inverts each bottle 180° so the mouth faces down. At 6 wash/blow stations: station 1 — circulating water (inner + outer wall); station 2 — circulating water; station 3 — compressed air blow (purges residual water); station 4 — WFI rinse; station 5 — compressed air blow; station 6 — compressed air blow + outer wall dry. Robotic arm re-inverts bottles 180° (mouth up) and releases them onto the discharge star-wheel. Photo-sensors at bottle exit and tunnel-oven inlet enable automatic line-speed synchronisation.
