Como funciona
Air is filtered and heated, entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer; hot air spirals evenly into the drying chamber. Liquid material passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower and is sprayed (rotating) into a very fine mist of liquid beads, which can be dried into a finished product within a very short period of time on contact with hot air. Finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator; exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.
