Como funciona
Empty 5-tube strips are loaded onto clamps mounted around an 8-station rotary turret driven by a Taiwan-made cam divider (DF80-10R-120). The turret indexes each strip through stations: 1) load/orient, 2) tube positioning, 3) fill (ceramic or peristaltic pump, drip-free / no-stringing nozzle, vacuum-assisted from integrated 1.5 kW vacuum pump), 4) tube-end heating (electric heat block; integrated chiller cools sealing area), 5) heat-melt seal of the tube tail, 6) trim/clean cut, 7) ID/inspect, 8) discharge. Siemens S7-200 PLC + 7" HMI sequences all stations. Heat-melt sealing replicates the appearance of BFS unit-dose containers. Optional A-grade (ISO 5) laminar-flow hood (3500 m³/h, G4 + H14, DOP testable, ≤1 colony/plate/4h) protects the fill zone for sterile/aseptic-friendly filling.
