Como funciona
Powder ingredients are batched and blended in a vertical high-speed mixer (50–80 kg/batch, 1–2 min, 240 rpm), conveyed by a 304 SS screw to the twin-screw extruder/puffer (75 kW main + 1.5 kW feeder + 1.5 kW rotary cutter + 20 kW electric heating, 38CrMoAl screws Φ85×2220 mm, three-zone independent temperature control). Extruded rice is air-screened, lifted by high-pressure air conveyor to a hot-air rotary drum (15 kW heat / 0.75 kW fan / Φ2600 mm 304 SS drum, L=2600 mm) for surface drying to prevent sticking, then air-conveyed to a 7-layer hot-air circulation dryer (120 kW heat, 7 belts × 10 m × 1 m wide, 0–6 m/min variable). After drying the rice is cooled on a 5 m belt with five 0.18 kW fans, and a back-end pulverizer (300–500 kg/h, 11 kW, 40–100 mesh adjustable) is included for raw-material pre-grinding.
