Como funciona
Three independent servo motors synchronize the infeed conveyor, film feed, and the rotary horizontal sealer. The fibre-optic through-beam sensor measures each product's length; the PLC commands the cross-seal jaws to cut at the trailing edge so bag length tracks product length automatically. An exhaust-air channel evacuates excess air before the seal closes, producing a tight pillow bag suited to soft compressible products. The pneumatic cutter retracts on contact with product to protect the blade.
