The SED-450ZB-H (Exhaust-Air) is a three-servo pillow-pack flow wrapper engineered for compressible products such as seaweed (max product 190×210×15 mm). One servo drives the feeding conveyor, one the film loading device

Three independent servo motors synchronize the infeed conveyor, film feed, and the rotary horizontal sealer. The fibre-optic through-beam sensor measures each product's length; the PLC commands the cross-seal jaws to cut at the trailing edge so bag length tracks product length automatically. An exhaust-air channel evacuates excess air before the seal closes, producing a tight pillow bag suited to soft compressible products. The pneumatic cutter retracts on contact with product to protect the blade.
