Como funciona
Electric heating tubes heat the water in the chamber to generate steam. A touchscreen computer board controls sterilisation time, temperature, pressure and cool-down temperature. Solenoid valves handle automatic exhaust and air replenishment; check valves prevent steam backflow. A pressure sensor manages temperature control and cool-down pressure compensation. At the end of the cycle the unit automatically enters the cool-down phase and sounds an audible alarm.

Limpeza e manutenção
Descale regularly (recommended every 3 months); use de-ionised water or boiled water to prevent scale build-up on the heating tube and chamber interior. Protect and regularly replace the silicone sealing ring between lid and body. Lubricate bolts, nuts and other rotating parts monthly. Replace the safety valve every six months.
