Como funciona
Feed slurry is pumped by a variable-frequency feed pump (GF30-2, 1.1 kW, 0.1–1.1 m³/h, max 0.8 MPa) to a vertical two-stage gear-driven centrifugal atomizer (JGP-400, 5.5–7.5 kW). The atomizer disk (Φ150 mm, 15,500 rpm, line speed >120 m/s) instantly disperses feed into fine droplets. A gas-fired hot-air furnace (JRF5-60, natural gas 60 m³/h) heats air to 200–250 °C; a 15 kW supply fan (4-72-6C, 10,314–20,628 m³/h) delivers the hot air through a filter and ductwork to the adjustable hot-air distributor at the tower top. Hot air and atomized droplets contact inside the 4.5 m Φ drying tower: water evaporates instantly, leaving dry powder. Most product exits the tower base via discharge valve; residual fines follow exhaust gas through a CLK-1350 cyclone separator for secondary collection. Exhaust is drawn by a 37 kW induced-draft fan (9-26-9D, 12,518–19,719 m³/h) through a wet-scrubber for environmental tail-gas treatment before discharge. An air-hammer system on the tower cone prevents powder adhesion. PLC centrally monitors and controls all subsystems.
