Como funciona
Capsules drop from a 29 L hopper into a two-stage corrugated feed plate driven by twin linear vibrators. A material-organizer lines them up. Capsules enter a 9 mm feed channel,then 5 parallel 9 mm weighing channels each fitted with a strain-gauge load cell; a 9 mm delay channel follows. Each capsule is weighed individually; out-of-spec capsules are rejected by 5 individual solenoid-valve-driven air-nozzle ejectors into a separate reject bin. The touch-screen displays all channel readings simultaneously (or any single channel in large digit view); real-time SPC and data logging to USB/Ethernet.
