Material is unwound from a 3-inch air shaft (max Ø550mm) under 0–5kg/full-width magnetic-powder tension with automatic constant-tension control. It passes through the petal-style printing units (4 colors) where plate roller, scraper, ink tray, and ceramic anilox roller transfer water-based ink with infrared drying (2kW per color group, max 80°C), then through traction, second constant-tension control, and finally the single-arm center-winding station (max Ø550mm). Process sequence: unwinding → automatic constant tension → scraper → printing unit → traction → automatic constant tension → central winding.
