Material is unwound from a 3-inch air shaft(max Ø550mm) under 0–5kg/full-width magnetic-powder tension with automatic constant-tension control. It passes through the petal-style printing units(4 colors) where plate roller, scraper, ink tray, and ceramic anilox roller transfer water-based ink with infrared drying(2kW per color group, max 80°C), then through traction, second constant-tension control, and finally the single-arm center-winding station(max Ø550mm). Process sequence: unwinding→ automatic constant tension→ scraper→ printing unit→ traction→ automatic constant tension→ central winding.
