Como funciona
Continuous web-fed blister line: PVC/ALU film unwinds and passes guide rollers and encoder. Contact-heating preheat box heats PVC to ~100 °C; positive-pressure forming station creates blister cavities (max 350×130×50 mm ALU-PVC or 350×130×12 mm ALU-ALU). Frame-type filler drops tablets/capsules into cavities (brush feeder optional). PTP aluminium foil unwinds; optional photoelectric register aligns pre-printed graphics. Dot-pattern dual-side heat-seal joins foil to PVC (linear seal also available). Separate batch-number embossing station (heated mechanism) marks the seal. Tear-line is embossed; servo-driven traction pulls web (stroke 30–140 mm, adjustable on touchscreen). Die-cutter blanks blister cards; defective products and waste film are collected separately.
