Como funciona
Wash-fill-cap monoblock with neck-positioning bottle transport. 14 rotating gripper heads wash bottles via vertical rinse nozzles (rinse water pressure 0.18–0.25 MPa, rinse time 2 s, water consumption 0.8 T/h). 12-station rotary isobaric filler with SS304 filling cylinder (mirror-polished, sanitary recirculation loop). 5-head capper using grab-and-spin (pick-and-place spin) technology imported from Germany — horizontal cap sorter with no-cap auto-replenishment. Cap hopper and lower cap chute equipped with electronic no-cap detection. No-bottle no-cap; auto-stop if lower chute runs out of caps. Pasteurizer uses tunnel spray with mutual heat regeneration (hot rinse water cools sterilized hot bottles; cooled rinse water is reheated for incoming bottles).
