Como funciona
Thermal transfer print engine (Zebra) prints labels per host PC data; printed label is held by a vacuum suction plate; product-detection photoelectric eye (SICK) triggers the apply cycle, and a pneumatic cylinder pushes the suction plate to wipe the label onto the product. Buffer device on the apply plate cushions the cylinder impact. Pneumatic motor with adjustable torque handles label-backing rewind, maintaining tension and avoiding the overload risk of an electric motor. Siemens PLC manages the entire control sequence.
Processo de funcionamento
1Thermal transfer print engine (Zebra) prints labels per host PC data; printed label is held by a vacuum suction plate; product-detection photoelectric eye (SICK) triggers the apply cycle, and a pneumatic cylinder pushes the suction plate to wipe the label onto the product.
