Filtered ambient air is heated by a 63 kW electric heater to 60–240 °C and enters the heat-air distributor at the tower top, swirling uniformly into the drying chamber. Feed liquid is metered by a stainless Mohno screw pump (LGB15-1.5, 0.75 kW VFD) to the high-speed centrifugal atomiser (XH-30-0.55, 18,000–24,000 rpm), which atomises it into fine droplets that contact the hot air co-currently and dry to powder/granule in seconds. Product is continuously discharged from the chamber bottom and from two CZT-5.0 long-cone cyclones (primary and secondary) into 20 L SS304 collection drums via quick-coupling valves; three pneumatic vibrators prevent buildup. Exhaust air is induced out by a 5.5 kW fan.
