Wet powder is loaded into a 400 × 410 mm 316L hopper above an oscillating roller (Φ160 mm, 355 mm effective length) that alternates between forward and reverse rotation at 60–100 rpm, forcing the material through the 316L stainless-steel screen below to form granules. Dry-agglomerated lumps can be crushed by the same mechanism.
