Wet powder is loaded into a 400 × 410 mm 316L hopper above an oscillating roller(Φ160 mm, 355 mm effective length) that alternates between forward and reverse rotation at 60–100 rpm, forcing the material through the 316L stainless-steel screen below to form granules. Dry-agglomerated lumps can be crushed by the same mechanism.
