Como funciona
Pneumatic single-head piston filler: a pneumatic cylinder drives a piston that draws liquid through the rotary stainless ball valve from the hopper into the cylinder, then dispenses the metered shot through the same valve into the filling nozzle. Pneumatic control valves regulate cylinder stroke (fill volume) and speed (fill rate). A foot pedal triggers each shot (manual/foot-pedal mode) or a magnetic reed switch triggers continuous cycling (auto mode). Volume is adjusted by rotating the hand-wheel, which can be read directly. A reset button recovers from mid-stroke power loss or valve jam.

Limpeza e manutenção
Disconnect air supply before disassembly. Do not flush the machine body directly with water — this may damage internal pneumatic control components. Use alcohol to wipe exterior surfaces. The hopper, ball valve cylinder, and stainless steel rotary valve can all be easily dismantled for cleaning. Drain the water filter regularly. Pneumatic cylinders are pre-lubricated at the factory — do not disassemble or add lubricating oil.
