Como funciona
Material enters the machine from the inlet and is thrown forward in a continuous motion in the horizontal direction by vibration force. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed from below, transferring heat upward to the wet material. The pre-drying section uses high-pressure low-airflow fans for complete fluidization, the drying section uses low-pressure high-efficiency fans for moisture removal, and the cooling section uses high-efficiency fans to quickly lower product temperature.

Open the air hole regularly to inspect and clean material in the air channel and air-plates hole. If using water for cleaning, ensure no water remains after cleaning to avoid affecting the next drying cycle. The quick-open structure between upper and lower bed bodies facilitates thorough cleaning. Cleaning port is provided for convenient equipment cleaning.
