Como funciona
Liquid feed (solution/emulsion/suspension/paste) is metered by a peristaltic pump (BT600S) into a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying chamber, dispersing it into fine droplets. Heated air (160–180°C, 81 kW electric heating, compressed air ~1 m³/min) enters via an accelerating swirl volute and hot-air distributor, contacting the droplets in co-current flow. Water evaporates instantly, leaving dry powder/granules (~100 mesh) that are captured first by a primary cyclone Φ550 mm (~90% efficiency) and then by a bag filter Φ1300 mm (~99% efficiency). An exhaust fan maintains open-loop air circulation through the system.
