Liquid feed(solution/emulsion/suspension/paste) is metered by a peristaltic pump(BT600S) into a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying chamber, dispersing it into fine droplets. Heated air(160–180°C, 81 kW electric heating, compressed air~1 m³/min) enters via an accelerating swirl volute and hot-air distributor, contacting the droplets in co-current flow. Water evaporates instantly, leaving dry powder/granules(~100 mesh) that are captured first by a primary cycloneΦ550 mm(~90% efficiency) and then by a bag filterΦ1300 mm(~99% efficiency). An exhaust fan maintains open-loop air circulation through the system.
