Como funciona
Powder raw material and binder are first thoroughly mixed at the bottom of the horizontal cylinder by the main agitator impeller (0–200 rpm, 11 kW, VFD) into a humid soft mass. The side-mounted high-speed chopper blade (0–2900 rpm, 5.5 kW, VFD) then cuts the mass into uniform granules. CIP in-place cleaning, lateral sliding lid opening, and liquid spray mechanism are standard.
