Funcionamiento
Powder raw material and binder are first thoroughly mixed at the bottom of the horizontal cylinder by the main agitator impeller (0–200 rpm, 11 kW, VFD) into a humid soft mass. The side-mounted high-speed chopper blade (0–2900 rpm, 5.5 kW, VFD) then cuts the mass into uniform granules. CIP in-place cleaning, lateral sliding lid opening, and liquid spray mechanism are standard.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder raw material and binder are first thoroughly mixed at the bottom of the horizontal cylinder by the main agitator impeller (0–200 rpm, 11 kW, VFD) into a humid soft mass.
2The side-mounted high-speed chopper blade (0–2900 rpm, 5.5 kW, VFD) then cuts the mass into uniform granules.
