Como funciona
Material enters through the inlet onto a horizontal perforated mesh plate. Two JZO-40-6 vibration motors (3 kW each, lower chamber only) impart adjustable mechanical vibration that throws particles forward in plug flow. Steam-heated air (0.4–0.6 MPa fed to a 400 m2 fin-tube heater, exit temperature 60–70 °C) flows up through the bed, fluidizing particles for intense heat and mass transfer. After the heating zone, a 1.5 m cooling section with a 120 m2 fin-tube cooler drops product temperature to ≤40 °C. Wet exhaust passes through a CZT10.0 cyclone separator and 22 kW induced-draft fan. The vibrating bed eliminates channeling, dead zones, and re-mixing typical of conventional fluid beds, giving uniform residence time and ~30% lower energy use than a standard dryer.
