SED-1TJ-O Single-head Automatic Capsule Heat-Shrinking Machine for PVC capsule sealing on glass bottles. Designed for wine packaging lines. Capacity 2000 BPH (single head), expandable to 4/6/8 heads (5000/6000/8000 BPH).

Como funciona
Bottles are separated at a consistent pitch by a spiral auger screw and fed into the in-feed star-wheel. The star-wheel transfers bottles smoothly under the annular electric heating shrink head, which heats the PVC capsule already placed on the bottle mouth until it shrinks tightly. An out-feed star-wheel then transfers the sealed bottles back onto the conveyor line. Variable-frequency drive adjusts throughput; shrink-head temperature is adjustable 0–300 °C via thermocouple WRE-202. The star-wheel incorporates an overload clutch that stops the machine and sounds a buzzer alarm if a bottle jams.
Processo de funcionamento
