Funcionamiento
Bottles are separated at a consistent pitch by a spiral auger screw and fed into the in-feed star-wheel. The star-wheel transfers bottles smoothly under the annular electric heating shrink head, which heats the PVC capsule already placed on the bottle mouth until it shrinks tightly. An out-feed star-wheel then transfers the sealed bottles back onto the conveyor line. Variable-frequency drive adjusts throughput; shrink-head temperature is adjustable 0–300 °C via thermocouple WRE-202. The star-wheel incorporates an overload clutch that stops the machine and sounds a buzzer alarm if a bottle jams.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles are separated at a consistent pitch by a spiral auger screw and fed into the in-feed star-wheel.
2The star-wheel transfers bottles smoothly under the annular electric heating shrink head, which heats the PVC capsule already placed on the bottle mouth until it shrinks tightly.
3An out-feed star-wheel then transfers the sealed bottles back onto the conveyor line.
