SED-180ZD-A is a PSA (Pressure-Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generation system using PERMEA-derived technology. Skid-mounted, one-key start/stop, ready in 2 minutes. Output ≥180 Nm³/h N₂, purity ≥99%, outlet pressure 0.1–0.

Como funciona
Based on the differential diffusion rates of O₂ and N₂ through carbon molecular sieve (CMS): O₂ diffuses faster than N₂, so CMS preferentially adsorbs O₂ under pressure, enriching N₂ in the non-adsorbed phase. Two CMS towers alternate between adsorption (pressurized) and regeneration (depressurized) cycles. Flow path: air compressor → refrigeration dryer → air buffer tank → PSA nitrogen generator → nitrogen buffer tank. PLC controls the full cycle; an online oxygen analyzer continuously monitors purity.
