Como funciona
Mixed and kneaded wet material (or low-softening-point material, generally below 50°C) enters the granulator through the hopper. The screw feed section conveys the material into the screw compression section where it is compacted and extruded through the die plate to form granules. Granule shape is cylindrical/strip-shaped; front-discharge diameter 1.5–12 mm adjustable via die hole size.
Processo de funcionamento
1Mixed and kneaded wet material (or low-softening-point material, generally below 50°C) enters the granulator through the hopper.
