Operator wheels a 1200 L bin under the lifting head; the head clamps the bin and a motor-reducer-screw-jack system lifts and locks it. The bin axis is inclined 30° from the rotation axis, so material simultaneously tumbles (bin revolution) and moves tangentially (wall shear), achieving optimal blending. A torque limiter (Shanghai Kaitian SYNTEX20DK1) protects the lifting system; a brake-motor (Dongfang YEJ100L2-4-B3) ensures controlled deceleration and parking. Infrared safety zones, dual pressure-sensor interlocks, lid-lock confirmation, and automatic position alignment ensure safe operation. PLC stores up to 20 product recipes; HMI provides Chinese-language prompts. Batch results are automatically printed.

Fully compliant with Chinese GMP requirements.
