Como funciona

Tablets are loaded into a 1250 mm rotating coating pan inclined at an adjustable angle (15–45°, typical 30°). As the pan rotates clockwise (0–28 rpm, frequency-controlled), tablets tumble through a spray zone where an atomizing spray gun applies coating solution. Simultaneously, controllable hot air (room temperature to 80°C) dries the applied coating. Fixed baffles inside the pan ensure the optimal tablet trajectory for uniform coating.

Limpeza e manutenção

Pre-production: wipe outer surface and interior with clean wet cloth; wipe drum with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet cloth; wipe drum with cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. After every shift, rinse spray gun, liquid cylinders and pipes with water.
