Como funciona
Empty capsules from a hopper are oriented and fed into the rectifying station. The mold turntable (with 9 die holes) indexes intermittently between stations: capsule pickup → vacuum-assisted body/cap separation → powder dosing (or pellet filling) at the dosage plate → reject station for misaligned/empty capsules → re-joining → locking station → ejection. The dosage plate uses a three-dimensional adjustable lower plane as reference for uniform fill volume. A pressure-atomizing oil pump maintains consistent cam lubrication. Vacuum is provided by a water-circulation rotary vane pump; a dust collector handles powder spillage. Real-time per-capsule and cumulative count display on the Siemens HMI; auto-alarm and auto-stop on capsule shortage, powder shortage, or feed channel faults.

Limpeza e manutenção
The three-dimensional adjustable dosage plate is designed for fast cleaning. Mold plates, hopper, and dosing zone disassemble without tools. Replace seal rings (Φ20 and Φ40), ejection pins, locking pins, drive springs, and brushes per service schedule (kit included). Wipe stainless steel surfaces with food-safe sanitizer between batches; lubricate cam mechanism via oil pump per manual.
