Compressed air from screw compressor passes through buffer tank, refrigerated dryer, three-stage precision filtration (T/AH/HT) and an activated-carbon micro-oil de-oiler, then enters one of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (Takeda CMS-260). At pressure, O2 and CO2 diffuse faster into the sieve micropores than N2, so N2 enriches and exits to the nitrogen buffer tank. The two towers alternate (PLC + Toolmate pneumatic angle-seat valves with >3 million cycle life): one adsorbs while the other depressurizes and regenerates. Pressure equalization between towers recovers residual N2. Online purity analyzer (ChangAi) monitors outlet; off-spec gas is auto-vented; N2 is auto-resumed once purity recovers.

Pressure vessels supplied with safety valves, pressure gauges and drainage devices, plus pressure-vessel qualification certificates. Indoor installation, ambient -10 to 40 °C, RH ≤80%. Equipment must be ≥1000 mm from walls or other equipment; sewage outlet must be piped outside the equipment. Cabinet noise ~40 dB(A).
