Compressed air from screw compressor passes through buffer tank, refrigerated dryer, three-stage precision filtration(T/AH/HT) and an activated-carbon micro-oil de-oiler, then enters one of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve(Takeda CMS-260). At pressure, O2 and CO2 diffuse faster into the sieve micropores than N2, so N2 enriches and exits to the nitrogen buffer tank. The two towers alternate(PLC + Toolmate pneumatic angle-seat valves with >3 million cycle life): one adsorbs while the other depressurizes and regenerates. Pressure equalization between towers recovers residual N2. Online purity analyzer(ChangAi) monitors outlet; off-spec gas is auto-vented; N2 is auto-resumed once purity recovers.
