Como funciona
Frequency-controlled brake motor drives a spindle through a rotary connecting rod. The mixing drum performs combined translational, rotational, and rocking motions, generating an alternating pulse motion that pushes material through circumferential, radial, and axial three-dimensional flow with varying energy gradients for excellent diffusion and blending.

Limpeza e manutenção
Pre-production: wipe outer surface and interior with a clean wet towel; wipe drum with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization. Post-shift: wipe machine inside/out with wet towel; wipe drum with 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect moving parts for wear; if not in service for long periods, wipe and coat parts with rust-proof oil and cover with cloth canopy. Lubricate transmission chain and adjustment knob monthly with lubricant (0-35°C) or grease (above 35°C / below 0°C) every 3 months.
