SED-10SH-E Three-Dimensional Motion Mixer for fast, uniform mixing of dry powders and granules of different specific gravities and particle sizes. Widely used in pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, and chemical industries.
مبدأ العمل
Frequency-controlled brake motor drives a spindle through a rotary connecting rod. The mixing drum performs combined translational, rotational, and rocking motions, generating an alternating pulse motion that pushes material through circumferential, radial, and axial three-dimensional flow with varying energy gradients for excellent diffusion and blending.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface and interior with a clean wet towel; wipe drum with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization. Post-shift: wipe machine inside/out with wet towel; wipe drum with 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect moving parts for wear; if not in service for long periods, wipe and coat parts with rust-proof oil and cover with cloth canopy. Lubricate transmission chain and adjustment knob monthly with lubricant(0-35°C) or grease(above 35°C / below 0°C) every 3 months.
