Como funciona
Filtered, heated air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer and spirals uniformly into the chamber. Slurry from a feed tank is pumped via screw pump to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the tower top, broken into fine droplets that contact hot air co-currently; rapid heat and mass transfer dries the droplets into powder within seconds. The dried powder + exhaust pass through cyclone and bag filter for collection; tail gas is exhausted by induced draft fan.
