Como funciona
Material is fed via hopper; gate valve regulates flow into the conical chamber. A 316L cone-mill knife rotates at 300–2800 rpm creating vortex and centrifugal force that throws particles outward against a 316L screen. Shear between knife edge and screen breaks particles, which exit through the screen mesh. Particle size is set by screen mesh, knife-screen gap, and speed.
