Como funciona
Cap sorter orients caps into a uniform direction; a separator establishes bottle spacing on the conveyor; the cap-placement unit places one cap per bottle; a constant-torque rotary capping head screws/presses the cap to required tightness; photoelectric sensors detect missing bottles or jams and pause/resume automatically.

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces, conveyor and machine interior with a clean damp cloth; wipe cap hopper inside/outside with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe machine and bottle-feed track with damp cloth. Periodic mechanical cleaning uses detergent/alcohol — disassemble in order (lift cap-putter, cap-discharger, bottle-clamper, rotating section, conveyor) then reverse to reinstall. Keep electronics dry; use clean dry cloth on touchscreen and sensor windows. Disconnect air supply before cleaning pneumatic components.
