Como funciona

Bottle-feeding mode: a motor drives the 1,000 mm circular turntable through a speed regulator. Bottles from the bottle-storage tray are arranged by the bottle-ordering guide bar and automatically enter the outlet guide rail, then pass to the conveyor belt feeding the counting/filling line. Bottle-collecting mode: the motor drives the turntable in reverse; bottles arriving from the previous stage are brought across the bridge to the storage tray and pushed toward the centre by the guide bar.

Limpeza e manutenção

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces and guardrails with a clean damp cloth; open hood and wipe interior with a clean cloth; wipe turntable with a clean cloth then again with 75% industrial alcohol to remove dirt and disinfect. Post-shift: wipe machine exterior and interior with a clean damp cloth; wipe guardrail outer surfaces with a clean damp cloth. Mechanical parts cleaned with detergent (alcohol) and clean cloth. Do not splash water or detergent on electronic components; if necessary, use dry cloth on touch screen and signal light surfaces.
